Our Story
The journey of RCCG The Limelight Church (TLC Manchester) began on August 4, 2022, with a humble yet powerful midweek service. What started as a small gathering of believers with a passion for God and a vision to impact lives soon grew into a thriving community of faith, worship, and service.
Following months of dedicated fellowship and commitment, the church marked a significant milestone on November 6, 2022, when it officially commenced Sunday services. This expansion reflected God’s faithfulness and the increasing number of people drawn to the vision of TLC Manchester, a church dedicated to bringing light to its community through the transformative power of the gospel.
A new chapter unfolded on June 17, 2023, when RCCG The Limelight Church was formally inaugurated. This momentous occasion was graced by the presence and blessings of Pastor Shola Oludoyi, the Deputy Continental Overseer of RCCG UK, and Pastor Shola Owoeye, the National Youth Pastor of RCCG. Their prayers and encouragement set the foundation for greater impact and growth in the city of Manchester and beyond.
